Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable and digitally delivered learning materials are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered to the customer, except where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law.

If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, receive an incorrect file, or believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Refunds
